The First Presbyterian Church of Kent was chartered in 1889. Our first building was located at Gowe and Guiberson streets in 1891. As membership grew, a larger church was built in 1926 at Gowe and State Streets in downtown Kent. Our current church was built and dedicated in 1962.  Follow the link for a brief history of our church.
