We are organized in various specialized ministries to provide compassion, presence and care to those in need both within our church community at Kent First and outside in the greater community around our church. 

In addition to our specialized ministries, each deacon has a parish so that each congregational member will have a deacon to whom concerns and needs may be brought. 

The deacon uses the parish to keep contact with people and to provide important church information to members.
